The following Strategic Plan Objectives will be this year’s priority efforts:
Increase professional development opportunities for all employees that are focused on student success outcomes and based on a review of student needs, capture rates, and achievement gaps.
Establish and implement a plan that promotes student completion of their basic skill courses as outlined in their educational plan.
Develop and implement a comprehensive follow-up and retention plan for those students who have been identified as “at risk” and/or are on academic probation.
Help to nurture a college wide adoption of Progress Report!
Create Programs of Study for undeclared majors.
Develop a plan to embed student support services into instruction.
On behalf of the Student Success Coordinating Committee, we hope you will continue to support these efforts by providing your expertise and talents. Join us if you have not already.
