Student Email - Outlook
How do I access my student email account?
There are multiple ways to access your student email account. However, prior to email access, you must take the following steps to create a new Password and/or change your existing Password
|If you have not done so yet, login to MySite using your Student Number and PIN (4 digit password you created during the application process)|
|Click the Change PIN/Password option (left hand navigation bar)|
|Click the link to Change Password.|
|Enter your student PIN, then create a new password (Must be between 6 and 16 characters, contain at least one number and is case-sensitive).|
|Click on the Change Password button. Note: Your new Password will work only if you receive the "Password Changed Successfully" message near the top of this (Change Password) page. Your new Password can be used to login to your student email account, Blackboard, Campus computers, Campus Wireless, and Off-Campus Library databases.|
Once you have created a Password, you have three different options for accessing your student email account.
1. Access your student email using Email link on the Saddleback College main page:
A. From the Saddleback homepage, click on the Email link located in the middle left side of the page, then select Student e-mail button.
B. Once on the Office 365 login page. You will use your entire student email as the Username and your Password will be the one you set through your MySite account.
2. Access email using MySite:
Note: Please unblock popups on your browser. Otherwise, you may get a pop up blocker or security system error. In addition, if you are using IE 10 you will not be able to access your email through MySite using this version. You will need to use Firefox instead. This is only if you are going through MySite to access your email. Otherwise, the current version of IE will work.
A. Once in MySite, click on the Click here to see your email link located on top of the page.
