ASP Vision Statement

The Academic Success Program is designed to empower students to achieve their academic goals through personalized academic support, mentoring, workshops, and connections with campus student services.

*Textbook, gas, and food resources are given to students based on financial aid unmet need and resource availability

ASP Application

  • Paper applications can be printed and emailed to daguilar@saddleback.edu
  • Paper applications are also available and can be turned in at the Learning Resource Center front desk

ASP Tutoring

Free Tutoring is available to all ASP students registered for TU 300 under the Division of Online Education and Learning Resources at Saddleback College. Tutoring sessions have been designed to assist student with:

  • Academic skill development
  • Specific course work
  • Structured study time

ASP Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled in at least one of the following Basic Skills courses:
    • MATH 351/353/253 or ENGLISH 340/390/201/200
  • Identify as African American or Hispanic/Latino/a

Hours of Operation:
Monday 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
