About This Event

Take a break, relax, and reset! Join us on Thursday, May 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. on the Quad for a deeply restorative session featuring:

  • Yoga Nidra: Also known as "yogic sleep," this guided meditation promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances focus. Please bring a beach towel or blanket.
  • Sound Bowl Meditation: Experience the soothing vibrations of sound therapy, designed to calm the mind and bring inner peace.
  • Neurographic Art: This creative method combines drawing and mindfulness to help reduce stress, process emotions, and promote relaxation.
