A Veterans Day ceremony at Saddleback College shows uniformed officers saluting as the American and POW/MIA flags are raised on a flagpole. People stand under white canopies watching the event, and red, white, and blue balloon decorations are nearby. The ceremony takes place in front of a curved copper memorial wall under a cloudy sky.
