How Barbie Took on Patriarchy: A Women's History Month Event

The Sociology and Gender and Sexuality Studies Department present a Women's History Month event titled, How Barbie Took the Patriarchy, on Thursday, March 28 from 12 to 1:15 p.m. in BGS 144. 

Join them for an engaging discussion on how Barbie challenged societal norms and stereotypes. A panel of faculty from sociology, gender and sexuality studies and psychology, along with student panelists will discuss how the Barbie film takes on issues of patriarchy and misogyny. Don’t miss this thought-provoking event during Women’s History Month!
