Member of the South Orange County Regional Consortium

Saddleback College is a member of the South Orange County Regional Consortium (SOCRC). This consortium was formed to plan and implement the Adult Education Block Grant (AEBG) in the 2015 - 2016 school year, which derived from State Assembly Bill 86. In 2016, the passing of State Assembly Bill 104 transitioned the Adult Education Block Grant to the California Adult Education Program (CAEP) with the requirement that regional Adult Education consortia continue to oversee the Adult Education funds and program implementation.

SOCRC General Membership meetings are held on the last Monday of every month (excluding December due to the holidays). For more information about the South Orange County Regional Consortium and to view meeting agendas and minutes, please visit the SOCRC website.
