Laguna Woods Village Parking
The Laguna Woods Village (LWV) Golden Rain Foundation requires all non-resident students driving their cars into the community to purchase a parking pass.
The fees are as follows:
- Fall or Spring semester: $40 per car
- Summer session: $30 per car
The Parking Passes are sold ONE WEEK BEFORE a term begins (not prior), and any time afterwards during the term.
Parking Passes are sold to ENROLLED students ONLY! Those students can purchase their passes at the following address:

During the following days and times:
Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Only cash and checks are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.
- LWV does not refund parking pass purchases.
- Only one parking pass per vehicle needs to be presented when students are carpooling.
Additional Information
- Bring your Driver's License to the Community Center when purchasing your pass.
- Also bring a copy of your class schedule with you to the Community Center (to access your schedule on your phone: In Banner, on your Student Dashboard, make sure the semester is correct, then click View Registration Information, then the Schedule Details tab.
- Drivers of students being dropped off and/or picked up in Laguna Woods Village are required to purchase a Parking Pass.
- Students requiring a "walk-in" pass must contact the Emeritus Institute office at (949) 582-4835 to make those arrangements.
Saddleback College campus Parking
Parking Permits for classes held at Saddleback College are purchased in Banner. For more information or questions, call (949) 582-4585.
NOTE: There is no physical parking permit for the SC campus. Permits are connected to the license plate or VIN and verified by campus police during routine sweeps of parking lots.
