Description
The Healthcare Data Analytics Certificate of Completion is an interdisciplinary program that prepares students for positions in health data collection, data processing, and data analysis. It also provides a foundation for future training in data science and big data analysis, and for work with others to manage healthcare projects related to data analysis. Students learn to design and manipulate databases with SQL and database management systems, write computer programs to access and manipulate data files and databases, and work with electronic spreadsheets and database management systems to create models and analyze results. Ideal for students with clinical degrees and incumbent workers.
The job outlook for entry-level health data analysts is excellent.
