1. Submit your Saddleback College DSPS Student Accommodation Letter to your instructor(s) prior to completing the Accommodated Testing Request.
  2. To ensure access to a testing room, you must submit a testing request at least 7 days prior to the requested testing date. 
  3. Photo ID is required for all tests.
  4. Only approved accommodation(s) will be allowed. 
  5. If you leave the testing room without prior approval your test will be considered complete.
  6. Test(s) will be administered on the same day and time as your class. Any conflicts must have prior approval from your instructor and mentioned on the Accommodated Testing Portal under "Student’s Comment". 
  7. It is your responsibility to bring all testing materials (i.e. scantrons, calculators, etc.).
  8. All materials used during the test(s) (i.e. scratch paper, etc.) will be collected and returned to your instructor.
  9. If late to your testing appointment the time will be deducted from your test. For example, if I am 10 mins late for a 60 minute test, then I will have 50 mins left to complete.
  10. Your exam time begins at your scheduled time. It is recommended you arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow yourself enough time to complete the check-in process.
  11. Electronic devices, food and drinks are not allowed in the DSPS testing room.
  12. Bulky coats, hats, hoods, beanies and sunglasses are not permitted in the DSPS testing rooms and removal of the items may be required prior to the test.
  13. It is your responsibility to inform the DSPS proctor if there are any issues with your test or the testing environment, while you are testing or before you leave.
  14. Video Recording and Computer Screen Recording is in operation while your test(s) are being proctored and may be viewed by your instructor and staff.
  15. If suspected of cheating you may not be able to continue your test, it will be reported to your instructor, and they will determine the next course of action. You will also be required to meet with a DSPS counselor.
