Transfer Academic Update & Supplemental Application Open Labs

After applying to the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU), transfer students are required to update their grades and course records to include courses completed in fall 2025 and the grades you received in those courses. Any planned coursework for summer 2026 also needs to be listed. Even if the original application has not changed, these updates must be completed by January 31, 2026.

Date, Time, and Location

• Thursday January 22, 3 to 5 p.m. via Zoom
• Friday, January 30, 11 am to 1 p.m. via Zoom

Zoom Open Labs: Reservations are required. To reserve your spot, you can:  

• Schedule online through the Transfer Center Appointment System
• Call the Transfer Center at (949) 582-4328
• Come into the Transfer Center, GW 287

Students who reserve a spot in a Zoom Open Lab will receive a Zoom invitation via their Saddleback email the day before the session.
