About This Event
Take a midweek pause with a free yoga session focused on stress reduction. Open to all students.
- When: Wednesdays, September 24, October 22, and November 19 at 2 p.m.
- Where: PE301
No registration or yoga experience required. Just bring yourself (and a mat if you have one) and enjoy a guided session to recharge your body and mind.
