School of Health and Wellness Hosts Guest Speaker Series featuring Dr. Michael Craig Clemmens, PhD

Please join the School of Health and Wellness for their next Guest Speaker Series featuring licensed psychologist, Dr. Michael Craig Clemmens, PhD. Dr. Clemmens will present, Substance Use and the Counselor: Approaches to Counselor Self-Development and Counseling Skills on Friday, January 23 from 5 to 7 p.m. via Zoom.
 

Objectives: 

• Substance Use, Choice, Self Modulations or Pattern out of Control?
• Identify your own beliefs, experiences and orientation to substance use in contrast to the range of substance use behaviors.
• Learn to describe and apply a compassionate stance with others about their substance use.
• Gain an understanding of substance use through a Gestalt Phenomenological lens.
