As a second-year student preparing to transfer next year, my goal is to continue my journey at UCLA — or maybe even USC. Thanks to the incredible support and tools Saddleback has provided, I feel confident about my next steps. I see myself as an executive at a magazine or making an impact in marketing communications. Saddleback has truly laid the foundation for my future.
Whether you’re studying science, arts, or manufacturing...whether you’re transferring or training for a career…a degree from Saddleback gives you options. And sets you up to succeed.
What I value about Saddleback is the flexibility — it gives me the freedom to take classes in the afternoon, work, and still pursue my passions. It’s rare to find a school that supports your life outside the classroom. I feel truly blessed to be part of a community where the staff and faculty genuinely care and are focused on helping us build a successful future.
After career training at Saddleback, students earn an average $14 more per hour than they did before training — a difference of $29,120 a year.
Affordability was a big ‘why’ for choosing Saddleback but also the smaller class sizes. I was able to connect with fellow students and build a personal connection with my child development professors. Having one-on-one time with them allowed me to learn more about their child development backgrounds and their guidance helped me choose SDSU as my transfer school.
Our lives beyond students — as moms, employees, or anything else — impact how we perform in the classroom. That’s why we have committed staff to help you find the right resources and tools to grow as a student — and as a person.
I joined student government to advocate for student voices and help create a more inclusive, supportive, and empowering campus environment. What I love about Saddleback is the strong sense of community and the endless opportunities to grow both academically and personally.
An active student government, champion athletic teams, an eclectic arts scene, and diverse cultural events.
